Professional, kind and a great listener, Dr. Haitham Badran has been practicing cosmetic surgery for over 10 years.
Head of the Plastic Surgery Department at Hôpital de St-Jérôme since 2015, he has accompanied many patients in reconstructing one or more parts of their bodies following cancers, accidents, traumas, or accidental amputations.
A medical graduate of Montreal's prestigious McGill University, he holds several certifications that make him highly qualified in cosmetic surgery.

McGill University
Dr Badran obtained his Bachelor's degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University in 2000 and completed his Master's degree (M.Sc) in Cell Biology in 2001.
He then began a PhD in cell biology in 2002, moving into medicine in 2003, where he obtained his MD.CM degree in 2007. Then, he started his residency in plastic surgery, where in 2009, he met renowned associate professor Dr Karl Schwarz, who taught a range of reconstructive procedures to treat accident victims and people with deformities. He completed his residency in 2012 and joined the team at Hôpital de St-Jérôme as head of the plastic surgery department.
University of Pennsylvania
After obtaining his master's degree in cell biology in 2001, he moved to the University of Pennsylvania in the United States to conduct biology research until 2002.
